We are the oldest musical instrument distributor in North Texas looking for a motivated, detail- oriented WINNER to help us keep orders flying out the door by ensuring all packages are prepared properly for delivery to our customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate organization, reliability, teamwork, and a strong sense of urgency with the proven ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. You can expect to… • Determine method of shipment and prepare bills, invoices and other shipping documents. • Verify orders are accurately filled. • Prepare bills of lading and maintain documentation of goods shipped. • Print shipment labels and customs documents where necessary. • Ensure shipments are properly identified and labeled. • Ensure outbound shipments are properly staged. • Adhere to customers routing instructions. • Operate hand truck or other equipment to load, unload, transport and store goods. • Participate in periodic physical inventory. • Comply with all safety regulations. • Complete inbound domestic receiving.
