-Must be Athletic / good physical condition. Upper body strength to operate water fed poles from ground level and able to work in the heat. -Must have a good positive attitude and professionalism around customers. -Honesty, Integrity and good work ethic are a must. -Must be reliable, and on time. -Non-Smoker and Drug-Free. -Must provide your own reliable transportation and current driver's license. -Must carry your own insurance, both car and health/accident. -Must comply with safety policies and procedures -Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. -Speak Fluent English. -Provide past work references. -Most of the jobs are in the Laguna Niguel area and surrounding cities. -Must be available Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:30pm. Job is paid on a percentage per-job basis - commission. So the average hourly dollar amount per job is between $19.00 and $25.00 per hour. The more efficient you are with your time, the more money you make. Typically weekly pay could be $700-900. And that is normally for approximately 7-8 hours a day, 5 days per week for someone less experienced. Hard work and commitment are noticed and rewarded. However, we don't burn you out with 10 jobs a day like our competition.
