Looking for small breed dog

Hello. I'm looking for a small breed dog for me and my 2 kids. The gender and breed of the dog isn't really an issue. I also don't care about age as long as the dog doesn't have any severe health issues. I live in an apartment with a huge back yard but we are only allowed to have dogs that are 35lbs or less. I have been searching but haven't had any luck. I'm also willing to pay a fair-priced rehoming fee.
