When we bring you into our team, it will be because you demonstrate a value and desire for serving with excellence. We want our niche of high-end clientele to experience a positive ‘white glove’ construction and service experience by getting the job done well with respect to their lives. This means leading out with drive and demonstrating a mindset for excellence throughout the build process. We are seeking someone who loves seeing the big picture while staying on top of the details, schedules, subs and issues to anticipate needs before they become problems that cost time, money, and ultimately, the next referral.
