Description
In search of an experienced apartment maintenance technician for Statesville apartment community. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. Responsibilities include HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, ceramic tile, carpentry, ground maintenance, small engine repair, and other apartment maintenance and turn-over jobs.
HVAC and CFC Certification required.
