Wholesale distribution company looking for a motivated and responsible Warehouse Associate to join the team. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 7am-4pm. Job Functions & Responsibilities: Loading and unloading of incoming shipments Receive, stock, and move incoming and outgoing materials to/from the warehouse Stock picking; gather and prepare/package materials for pick-up and delivery Inventory management Ensure all working and common areas are kept clean and organized Learn and retain product knowledge and specifications Provide customer satisfaction and service Effectively work in cooperation with department staff and management on duties assigned Qualifications: Punctuality/Reliability/Flexibility. Strong attention to detail. Desire to learn and adapt to changing situations and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge in warehouse operations and equipment (forklift, inventory management, etc). Specific experience and knowledge in electrical/plumbing supply industries is a plus. Ability to drive delivery truck as needed is a plus High School Diploma or GED required Physical Requirements: Regularly lift and move object that weighs 10-50lbs. Occasionally lift and move object that weighs more than 100lbs. Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull. Must be able to work in hot and cold working environments. Regularly required to use hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, reach, and/or carry. Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
