Our mid-size condominium building is looking for a new member to join our team. Responsibilities include: • Maintain outdoor cleanliness, including sidewalks and parking lots • Performing maintenance tasks, including painting, basic repairs and project cleaning • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC • Job includes indoor and outdoor projects The ideal candidate is detail oriented and takes pride in their work. Must be able to work independently and take initiative when necessary, while also working efficiently as a member of our team. IMMEDIATE OPENING: Seeking an experienced, Property Maintenance Technician. Part time position, 20 hr/week Monday through Friday, but that is somewhat flexible. Valid Driver's License is required. Located in the Clearwater Island Estates area. Brief job description: Basic handyman skills, exterior/interior maintenance and light janitorial, as well as working outdoors in the common areas. • Common grounds; remove debris, and sweep or hose sidewalks and curbs, as necessary. • Paint common areas. • Pull out common area trash container on designated trash pick-up days. • Notify management for follow up on problems on the property. • Maintain the maintenance room, equipment and supply rooms in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. • Respond immediately to the Property Manager or Board during working hours. • Complete management work orders for common area maintenance. • Follow established safety policies and procedures using OSHA standards for physical and chemical safety.
