Aloha, We are looking for someone to help with a variety of maintenance needs at an AOAO property. Duties would include general cleaning, light landscaping and handyman work. In addition, the job would require interfacing with residents and assistance with association rule enforcement. 25 hours a week to start with, 90 day probation period.
