Full Job Description Sierra Temporary Lodging is looking for an experienced thorough Housekeeper with excellent cleanliness standards to attend all areas of our facilities. Candidates must be safe drivers with proof of a clean driving record. This position requires substantial drive time and complete cleaning and set-up/dismantle of client corporate suites and temporary housing units/facilities. Responsibilities Ensure all apartments meet company standards Prepare and clean apartments for new guests Check-in and check-out all assigned keys Report maintenance issues or items needed in units Maintain inventory necessary to perform daily duties including, but not limited to: light bulbs, batteries, cable wires, cleaning supplies, lock boxes etc. Develop and maintain on-site relationships with customers, clients, and vendors Maintain accurate records of miles driven and daily activity Daily communication with staff and flexibility for last minute changes needed Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits Maintain equipment in good condition Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws Other duties as assigned Requirements A valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift 10-50 pounds Ability to work independently and remain motivated Prioritization and time management skills Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail Knowledge of English language Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Setting: Residential Office Building Bathrooms to clean: 2 This Company Describes Its Culture as: Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative This Job Is: Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Benefit Conditions: Waiting period may apply Only full-time employees eligible Work Remotely: No COVID-19 Precaution(s): Personal protective equipment provided or required Social distancing guidelines in place Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
