Seeking Professional Office Asst for Busy Bushwick Real Estate Office We are looking for an organized & professional Real Estate Assistant. You should be highly organized and socially confident. We are seeking an outstanding assistant that should be able to keep the office running smoothly and be self-motivated, creative, tardy & hardworking. Open the office at 10 AM - 6 PM Monday - Friday. Real Estate Assistant Responsibilities: - Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls. - Calling new recruit leads - Calling new landlord leads - Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings. - Preparing real estate forms and documents. - Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback & reviews. - Preparing and distributing marketing materials. - Preparing listing materials and posting property listings. - Managing a company database and preparing reports. - Assisting with closing processes. - Performing other duties as assigned. Real Estate Assistant Requirements: - Previous experience in the real estate industry is beneficial but not mandatory. - Good communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency in general software apps and programs. - Able to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational skills. - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail.
