Construction- labor exterior access hoist / mastclimber layout foreman and installer. Qualified candidate will have NYC DOB SST card. 5 years experience in installing and removing mast sections and work platforms that travel up to 600 feet vertically. Candidate must be physically capable of using hand held power tools (hammer drills, chipping guns, etc) to install mast sections at heights up to 600 ft from a work platform or from steel beams. Candidate will conduct site visits prior to installation and job pricing to identify any obstacles or obstructions in the critical path for construction. Candidate will read engineering drawings to successfully install mast climber assemblies, including documenting any changes from original drawings to amendments. Candidate will be able to layout base and steel dunnage for installation. Candidate will formulate material and equipment lists for each project. Candidate will work with Project Manager on planning and scheduling work. Candidate will complete required paperwork including pre-shift assembly meetings, tool box meetings, and daily reports.
