Description

Carpenter/construction person is needed. One who will skillfully perform many tasks involving physical carpentry. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Move, secure, install, build, load or unload materials as directed - Install structures and fixtures - Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other building materials - Construct building frameworks, including bars, floors, and door frames - Safely use heavy and light equipment - Maintain a clean job site - Lift heavy loads up to 70 lbs and navigate through construction site - Material handling and storage - Knowledge of power tools and their uses Requirement(s): - Must have experience in renovation work such as sheetrock, painting, plastering, flooring, and framing - Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely - Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions - Able to work independently - Attention to detail - Punctual and reliable - Must be physically able to perform heavy construction work - Must bring own tools
