Hey guys, I’m a restaurant chef from Brooklyn interested in starting a cooking class on basic cooking techniques, sauces, salad dressings and entrees. I’ve worked at NYC restaurants for over five years and I cook a lot of basic American recipes as well as Indian, Chinese and Latin American dishes. I also teach the fundamentals of cooking. I’m available to teach at my apartment, over zoom, or at your apartment. If you’re interested in a lesson, send me a message. If there’s enough interest in the future I will look into renting a space.
