Maintenance Position HIGH_RISE CONDO (sunny isles beach) compensation: $12 TO $14 employment type: full-time Experienced Maintenance Person needed for High Rise Condominium Located in Sunny Isles Beach. Responsibilities include: General Maintenance indoors and outdoors. Seeking an individual with a pro-active, "can-do" mentality and positive attitude who operates with integrity. This is a team oriented work environment which demands a responsible and dependable individual. QUALIFICATIONS: The Maintenance worker must possess knowledge on basic building maintenance and some trade support, i.e., basic maintenance, custodial, carpentry, painting etc. -Perform each essential duty satisfactorily using safe work practices and in accordance with policies. -Perform duties as assigned, work with minimum direct supervision and operate effectively with others. -Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in written, oral, or diagram form and the ability to deal with problems, new challenges and change when necessary.
