A Claremont area employer is seeking a Relations Specialist to join their growing team. This is a FULL-TIME, direct hire, salaried position with generous benefits. We will train & a degree is not required. To be successful in this position, a Relations Specialist must be results-oriented, goal-driven and able to work both independently and within a team environment. Ultimately, a successful Relations Specialist will be able to identify clients' products and services and provide recommendation of quality submittals of candidates to match the needs of the clients. Primary Responsibilities - Coordinates efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and recruiting groups - Screens and interviews applicants - Maintains business relationships with current clients and prospective candidates - Supplies management with verbal and daily written call reports including customer needs, problems, - Observant of industry trends; looks for staffing opportunities in our community Additional Responsibilities - Answers phone calls and provides general support to visitors - Provides onsite drug screening (certification provided) - Conducts reference checks and background checks - Provides job coaching and assistance with resume writing - Administers disciplinary actions in absence of general manager - Verifies time and attendance of weekly timecards Requirements and Skills - Excellent interviewing and communication skills - Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills - Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Able to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach) - Comfortable on a computer Keywords: Talent Acquisition, Acquisition Management, Human Relations, Human Resources, Business Management, marketing relations, coordinator, relationship manager, Sales, Business Development, Talent Management, Hiring, Lead Generation, Relationship Management, Client Servicing, Staffing, Onboarding, Recruitment.
