Alongside trained Chef Reid Krebs, learn the “ins” and the “outs” of the Pasty, while cooking in the beautiful Art in the Loft kitchen. Chef Krebs will guide you through making a simple 4 ingredient pasty dough, while you get to put your own culinary mark on the filling for your creation. Although pasties were a staple for the mine-workers in the Upper Peninsula, we know that these were fit for the hard-working lumber workers as well. Chef Krebs will also have samples of his famous flapjacks for tasting! All recipes and supplies are included. Presented as part of our Community Enrichment 2021 series!
