Role and Responsibilities: The successful job applicant will be a dedicated and hard-working team member who is focused, disciplined, organized, self-motivated, and able to problem solve. The successful job applicant will be able to consistently and reliably perform all on-site and truck-related duties with regard to excellent dog waste removal service. A Dog Waste Removal Professional is a representative of THE BOMBSQUAD on-site, on the road, and interacting with human and canine clients. As such, the successful job applicant is capable of working efficiently and reliably to consistently deliver high-quality services to the customer, proactively communicate with the Team Leader, and maintain the established work standards of performance. Daily Expectations: • Drive a manual transmission safely/effectively and ensure proper use of work vehicle at all times • Follow established protocol for the daily service route • Use provided equipment safely and efficiently • Load/Unload truck of collected waste (50 lbs+) • Report any issues, injuries or other activities that occur during the day • Be accountable for the use of all provided assets (gas card, tools, truck, etc) • Accurately record all daily job information when required • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment (work vehicle, tools, etc) • Embody THE BOMBSQUAD image by working hard, being polite and adhering to established work standards Required Qualifications: The successful job applicant must have a valid Drivers License and have a strong work ethic, requiring little management oversight and a pleasant personality capable of professionalism and respect for clients, canines, and co-workers. The successful candidate must be capable of lifting 50 lbs items from the ground and practice safe work place habits at all times. Required Skills: • "Can Do" attitude and a strong work ethic • Punctual • Honest • Ability and willingness to work in a variety of weather conditions: heat, cold, rain, snow, wind • Self-aware with an innate understanding of the common courtesies required when working on private property, around clients homes, in neighborhoods, or on commercial property. • Ability to follow an established process repeatedly to foster consistency in order to meet client expectations and THE BOMBSQUAD standard of work. Education: High School diploma required, with some post High School education desired. Hiring Process: The successful job applicant will be required to complete a 5 day training period. Pay for the training period is $12/hr. If hired after training, the employee with be subject to a 30-day probationary hire and pay will increase to $15.00/hr.
