Seaview is looking for a warehouse worker production assembler. This is a regular, full-time position Mon-Fri. (with benefits including employer paid 100% medical for employee, paid holidays, and PTO). Starting pay DOE with annual reviews. Great team with great work environment, good pay and bonuses. All applications must be in by 3:00 pm Thursday 3/5 JOB DESCRIPTION: The Production Assembler Warehouse Worker will perform various assembly operations such as hand assembling, sanding, cleaning, applying decals and packaging or wrapping various products. The position involves fine manipulation and dexterity of hands and the use of hand tools, small power tools and special equipment in order to carry out operations according to technical instructions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to repetitively produce/build product in fast paced environment. Ability to handle small parts, and assemble quickly, repetitively, and accurately. Ability to utilize hand tools, sanding wheels, and other machinery necessary in the prep and assembly of various aluminum products. Wipe/clean products and wrap or package for shipping. Ability to identify quality defects. Ability to handle unfinished & finished parts, hand tools, and other items continuously throughout the shift. Comply with all standard safety practices, safety rules, and all Company rules and policies. Regular attendance is an essential function of this position. All other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication, ability to work well with others. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to do highly repetitive physical work, paying attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, production work orders, bill of materials, visual work instructions, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous forklift certification and/or forklift experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for an 8 hour shift; walk; use hands to handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Must come to the Seaview warehouse at 2225 N. Molter Rd. STE 105 Liberty Lake, WA 99019 to pick-up job application.
