Residential Foreman   About the role:  We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Foreman to join our team.    What you’ll be doing:  Overseeing site operations  Leading teams and clearly communicating the company mission, goals, and values  Managing crew members, including shifts, scheduling, and hiring  Overseeing project safety and maintaining committed to a safe work environment  Communicating effectively with customers  Diagnosing roofing problems and determining the appropriate repairs needed on all types of roofs  Woking hands-on to assist with roofing work and ensure project completion    Required Skills:  2+ years experience in residential roofing   Awareness of OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety and commitment to safe work practices  Ability to diagnose and oversee repairs for a variety of roofing issues   Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills  Ability to coach, mentor, and lead a construction crew  Ability to work well with teammates and direct reports  Ability to make effective decisions without specific instruction, while also being capable of taking direction from upper management  Authorized to work in the United States  Valid state driver’s license (in good standing)    What we offer:  Production and Safety Incentive programs  Bi-annually Wage and Performance Evaluations  Structured Career Path  Bonuses  Prevailing Wage Rates  Great teammates and a passionate company culture
