Established Houston civil construction company seeks experienced Heavy Equipment Operators. Majority of work is done on Eastside in plants so prefer candidates who live in East Houston, Channelview, Deer Park, Baytown, etc. SEEKING 15yrs + EXPERIENCE Responsible for operating asphalt paving equipment, Excavators and construction heavy equipment. ALSO, must be willing to help with labor duties when needed, including, but not limited to raking, shoveling, flagging. The positions will be part of a crew that is responsible for various size asphalt and civil construction projects. Requirements: • Must have valid TWIC Card & Texas Driver’s License – No exceptions • Asphalt & Excavator operating experience REQUIRED • Be willing and able to work a shovel and do outdoor work • Physically fit and able to work in extreme heat • Must be able to pass EXTENSIVE criminal background check (DISA Level 1) • Must be able to pass a hair follicle drug test • Must have reliable transportation and be able to show up to work on time each day.
