We are looking for a carpenter to help build restaurant fixtures and furniture in our Avondale workshop. Candidates must have their own tools and reliable transportation, and they must be very neat and organized.
Other requirements are:
- Positive attitude and Willingness to learn
- 5 Years of experience
- Ability to problem solve, but asks lots of questions when in doubt.
- Knowledge of most hand and power tools
- Strong math skills
- Familiar with finishing and painting techniques
Please mention in your reply if you have experience with any of the following:
- Laminates and Melamine
- Edge banding
- Solid Surface Fabrication
- CNC Routers
- HVLP or Airless Sprayers
- AutoCAD
- Tool Repair
- Fine Arts education or experience
This is a 1099 contract position and will be 40 hours per week. Contract will be a minimum of 4 weeks, but could be ongoing for the right candidate.
