Leaf Home Solutions is growing rapidly and looking for independent subcontractors for interior and exterior home improvement projects. We have two opportunities available for both indoor and outdoor projects. For interior work we are searching for experienced plumbers and bathroom remodelers to complete tub to shower and conversions. For exterior work we are looking for individuals with basic handyman skills to install our LeafFilter gutter protection systems. For Leaf Home Safety bathroom remodeling: For LeafFilter gutter protection installation: Requirements for bathroom remodelers: • At least 1 year of bathroom remodeling experience specifically removing old tubs down to the studs and reinstalling a 4 piece walk in shower or tub. Basic electrical experience required. • A box truck, cargo van or full size pickup with 8 foot+ trailer required. • Current or ability to obtain general liability insurance and workers compensation exemption. • Two person crews required to maximize this opportunity. Requirements for LeafFilter Gutter Protection Installers: • A box truck, cargo van or full size pickup. • Current or ability to obtain general liability insurance and workers compensation exemption. • Basic power tools and a minimum 24 foot ladder or the willingness to obtain.
