March 18th at 6:30 pm we will be hosting Guinness for a 5 course pairing dinner. Tickets are $60 and include tax + tip. All of our dinners sell out quickly so get yours today. Seating is limited.
First Course - Guinness Draught paired with oysters on the half- Guinness mignonette, soda bread, churned butter
Second Course - Guinness Blonde Paired with reuben rolls with the tangiest dressing, chips.
Third Course - Guinnes Milk Stout paired with drunken mussels with frites
Fourth Course - Guinness Extra Stout paried with jacobs ladder with beet mash, roasted carrots, au jus reduction
Fifth Course - Guiness Foreign Stout paired with Guinness waffle with chocolate sauce and Guinness ice-cream float
