Knights Bridge Wine Dinner Their estate vineyard is located in the eastern hills of Knights Valley (the neighboring valley just north of the Napa Valley). Their 100 acre site ranges in elevation from 300 to 900 feet and approximately half the acreage is planted to a variety of grapes including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. On a menu we have: 1. Arugula Salad with Crispy Fried Goat Cheese, Oranges, Pomegranate Seeds and Green Goddess Honey Dressing 2. Pasta with Mushrooms and Truffle Butter Sauce 3. Pan Roasted Chilean Sea Bass with Wilted Baby Spinach and Lemon-Garlic Sauce. 4. Slow Braised Bone in Short Rib with Creamy Polenta and Crispy Onions 5.
