Local company looking for qualified operator/pool excavator and digger. Must have a good attitude and work well with others. Must have basic well-rounded experience in excavation, demolition and cleanup. Must be reliable, prompt, follow instructions accurately and quickly, work well with team members, and provide high quality work. Requirements: Must have experience in construction and be well rounded in abilities. Must have a valid driver's license and own transportation. Must be able to pass background check (including recent driving history). Preference for those with advanced knowledge. Must be able to lift 75lbs. Must be able to work on physically hard tasks. Pay Rate Details: Starting pay will be based on your experience, skills and hustle. On Demand construction pays at or above the industry. As in Independent contractor.
