National Flag Football is looking for game day coordinators to oversee game day operations for youth flag football leagues for 7 to 8 Saturdays or Sundays April - June. 8 hour time commitment each weekend! Looking for 2 locations in Fort Wayne, one east and one west. You will: - Oversee game day operations. - Set up and break down league booth. - Officials scorecard preparation. - Meet and greet customers. - Sell mouth guards. - Actively create relationships with and provide support for all coaches and officials. - Responsible for setting up and breaking down game fields. - Oversee and handle game situations/conflicts. - Ensure implementation and provide knowledge of all rules of the game, as needed. - Clean up of the fields and surrounding areas throughout the day. - Weekly communication with and support of the staff at headquarters. - Completion and submittal of the Weekend Review (scores, events of the day. etc.). - Ensure all players and coaches are having a great experience. This program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork.
