I am looking for a medical contact to help me complete ADA paperwork for a telework & ergonomic accommodation at work. I have been working remote fulltime since March. My employer has asked me to conduct in-person training in less than 2 weeks, however, I am unable to wear a mask. I have also requested a sit-stand desktop when returning to the office. I need help completing the documentation but I have not seen a Dr. in years and don't know where to start. Do I need to see a specialist? Are there telehealth options for this sort of thing? Any advice would be appreciated!
