I'm looking to show a small 3-bedroom house that I own in Rockridge to a number of potential renters, but am out of town this weekend.
Looking for someone who can do a combination of in-person (with required social distancing, masks etc) and remote showings of the house. Remote showings would be done by mobile phone and FaceTime or Zoom, and would be the majority of the showings, but there may be as many as 8 in-person showings at different times over the course of this Saturday and Sunday.
Ideally someone low key and presentable, maybe with retail or hospitality experience, who lives nearby (Rockridge, Temescal or Berkeley) and is comfortable showing a house, or at least letting selected people in to look around. No valuables or anything, so the main thing is to let people check out the house; I will be doing the interviews ahead of time.
