Our contracts are primarily with Fire Stations throughout Northern California, Central California, Northern Nevada and Washington State. Position Summary: Responsible for service calls/preventative maintenance and assisting with installations of vehicle exhaust systems. Assist team members in warehousing functions. Must be customer friendly. Prevailing wage work for certain projects. Essential Job Functions: · Utilize and interpret plans to determine how and where to fabricate, assemble and install sheet metal products · Measure, mark dimensions and layout material to be installed · Use of hand and power tools · Must be able to work well with others, position may lead to leadership role, and technician should be open to constructive criticism and guidance. · Provide excellent customer service · Diagnosing mechanical faults with in Ventilation systems ( contractor, overload, motors) · Ensure safety is a priority on the job during all activates, including using hand and power tools, and lift equipment Minimum Experience and Skill Requirements: · A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an installer in the mechanical/sheet metal industry. · Cleaning driving record · Must be able to access Military bases · Basic computer skills, all company forms are to be completed through digital forms via email and pdf files. · Excellent oral and written communication skills. · Detail oriented with strong organization skills. · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. · Hands on person with a positive “can-do” attitude is a must.
