Job Overview Luxury Rentals Miami Beach is a leading luxury vacation rental company in Miami. We match impeccable service with a diverse portfolio of luxury properties for our guests to choose from. The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury hotel housekeeping and thrive on being responsible for delivering excellence in service. Must have strong communication skills, solid work ethic, and the ability to provide intuitive service to pay close attention to details. Responsibilities and Duties o Share the common concept – people who believe in treating others as we would have them treat us o Perform housekeeping duties o Follow company brand standards o Assist other departments, as necessary o Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times o Handle various cleaning solvents, chemicals, etc. o Operate various cleaning equipment o Maintain linen and toiletry inventory o Promptly respond and execute requests made by other departments o Deliver and/or set up amenities o Set up cribs and rollaway beds o Shop, deliver and organize groceries Skills & Qualifications Must possess a professional demeanor and presentation and be personable and enthusiastic Must be service focused and a team player--a positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential Must be able to work independently and effectively in stressful, high pressure situations, while maintaining composure and objectivity Observant and detail-oriented, able to coordinate and multi-task job duties in a busy environment Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal Must possess strong organization time management skills and attention to detail Excellent grooming standards Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adapt to changing conditions. Must be able to work flexible shifts as needed - days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have access to reliable transportation Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. Ability to work cohesively with colleagues both within and outside of the department Must be physically fit in order to lift, pull and push items up to 30 pounds Also requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift Ideal Candidate Possess o Luxury hotel experience preferred o Exceptional organizational skills o High degree of analytical abilities o Time management “Luxury Rentals Miami Beach is an equal opportunity employer.
