We are a seeking out knowledgeable and hardworking crew members to join our team at Red Twig Fine Gardening! We are a design, build and maintenance company located on Bainbridge Island that focuses on detailed plant care and great customer service. Ideal candidates would have a strong work ethic, great people skills, and enjoy working outdoors in all kinds of weather. Attention to detail a must! Must have valid WSDL and reliable transportation. Experience and a willingness to learn is ideal. Must be able to lift 50 plus pounds and move wheelbarrows of mulch/soil/stone. We have openings for full-time and part-time employment for the following position. Assistant Gardener: Duties would include bed work, plant care, leaf clean-up, mowing, edging, hedges, mulching, and planting. Pay scale depends on experience, but all full-time team members will receive paid holidays and opportunities to advance within the company.
