jis name is declan. he got out of the gate in the area of pink pussycats and casino miami. he is tan/ light brown with bright light brown eyes. he has a spiky collar and is not dangerous. very sweet and sad looking. he has a small oval scar on his forehead where hair barely growns. he is neutered and will answer by his name. please help me find him.
