Ycc annual yard saleWill be held at 2025 Club House Road, North Fort Myers on March 5 and March 6th from 7 AM until 1 PM. The address listed is our community 5 acre Park. Because of Covid, mask will be required to enter the property. If by chance you forgot your mask they will be available for sale at four dollars each. Masks were made by a resident who has volunteered her time to keep us all safe. Signs will be posted requiring mask to enter the property. This year we have a few residents who will be having individual sales so look for their signs as well. Signs will direct you to their homes. The signs for our community sale will be mostly wood signs with the wording yacht club colony sale and it will direct you from the entrance of the community on clubhouse Road to the sale location. This year‘s treasures are furniture, costume jewelry, small appliances, TVs with mounting wall brackets, household items, pottery, glassware, bedding, comforters, other clothing and more.
