Found male dog, looks to be a labradoodle, young, maybe 1-3 years old. Running around the Oroville DMV. Friend did not want him to get hit on the roads, Brought him here (Paradise). I will take him to the vet to see if he is chipped tomorrow. Call me if he is yours. Tell me what type of collar he is wearing and I will know he is yours.
