I offer hypnosis demos - no cost or obligation - in between my hypnosis and hypnotherapy clients because I think everyone should understand and experience the power inside them. For pain relief, hypnosis is a wonderful tool (I use it every day to control my chronic pain from knee and back injuries, without drugs). Your hypnosis demo, in my office (masks required), is 60 minutes long. You'll learn what hypnosis is (and isn't), how it works - especially how it can be used for pain relief - and you will experience a wonderful deep relaxation of mind and body that has to be experienced to be believed, where you are awake, aware, and in control, but have DEEP peace (and no pain).
