Along with pre-rolls and packaged flower, we also provide Cigarette manufacturing with an array of options and other white labeled products. The SMFG team strives to exceed your expectations and will continue to support your needs. About the positionOur hemp manufacturing company is seeking Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and who thrive in a team-oriented environment. Successful candidates will have some prior experience in assembly and be capable of correctly following protocols. We are currently performing interviews out of our facility in Denver, NC but will be staffing in the NoDa area in Charlotte, NC starting March and April. We offer day-shift, second-shift, and on-call schedules, though we most appreciate workers with flexible calendars. Job responsibilities may change to meet the growing needs of the business, general responsibilities include: Ability to work within multiple stations on a shift to ensure maximum alertness and preparation. Stations include: Grinding hemp material Fill preroll paper with material Fold top of preroll Place preroll in tube and label Weigh flower and place in bag Heat shrink bags and tubes Assemble products accurately per defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) with a high focus on quality Inform supervisors of any equipment defects or lack of inventory to ensure prompt response to the problem Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy Familiarize yourself with the tools and instruments Maintain and service all equipment when necessary Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste *Note, training will be provided for all requested tasks. Job Requirements Positive attitude with a track record of being reliable & ethically sound High school diploma/GED preferred Ability to commit to flexible schedule and prompt arrival for shifts Experience with power and hand tools a plus Basic math and communication skills required Strong Candidate2+ years experience in general assembly work or specialized training Benefits $14 / hr pay Flexible scheduling with full time, part time, or on-call work Hands on experience growing multiple businesses CBD Product Discounts (all products at distributor cost)
