30min workout. High intensity interval training, but for all fitness levels, and with low impact options. It will be fast, and enough to shake your body, and deserve a nice brunch after!
We will meet at Central Park, Upper West Side at the Park entrance at Central Park West and 85th Street at 1pm sharp. It will be probably cold, so don't be late! The entrance is very close by 86th St Train Station (trains B and C).
We will be working out by Arthur Ross Pinetum. It is a 5min walk from the train station. Meet me by the swings!
Right after we are going for brunch! The Viand, at Columbus Ave, and 85th Street (Upper West Side).
