You will be responsible for preparing boats for rentals and serving our boat rental customers. As well as boat detailing, maintenance and delivery. Work independently in flip flops! Meet many different people, be around nature and the most beautiful waterways in SWFL. Have the bonus, to take out your friends, and family out on one of our boats for your leisure time. Free gym memberships. Base starting pay is $15 per hour. Earn tips that will boost your average per hour rate up towards $25 per hour. Responsibilities includes - Accepting payments. - Greeting and working with customers. - Cleaning and detailing boats. - Refueling boats. - Light boat repair and maintenance. - Delivering and launching boats at local boat ramps within a 30 mile radius on company vehicle. *Good driving record and DL. *Trailer hauling or(and) boat launching experience. *Responsible. *Willing to thoroughly clean boats regularly. *Mechanical skills a plus. *Boating experience a plus. Work schedule is a split shift 8am to 12pm and 4pm to 8pm and on call. Shifts available 7 days a week. Part time and full time positions available. We operate from multiple locations in the area, we are based out of North Port and Venice.
