Please join me for my AmeriCorps Week Clean-up at Liberty State Park! I want to extend this invitation to the public for my AmeriCorps week clean-up scheduled for Friday, March 12th, at Noon in Liberty State Park. We will meet in Parking Lot 1 (300 Morris Pesin Drive, Jersey City, New Jersey 07305 / 40.698629,-74.065479) and clean until 3 pm!  The park is situated along the eastern coast of Jersey City, facing lower Manhattan and the Upper New York Harbor. It is a beautiful stretch of preserved land that provides a natural habitat for urban wildlife and open green space for residents in the area. It holds both environmental and historical significance and presents its visitors with a truly humbling experience. Thank you all!  Any person planning on registering for this program, must agree to follow the CDC guidelines regarding visiting parks, which are: 1) Not attending if you are sick, have tested positive for COVID-19. and haven’t recovered or recently been exposed to COVID-19. 2) Wearing a face covering (i.e., cloth or disposable mask covering mouth and nose). 3) Staying at least 6’ away from people not in my own family group. 4) Washing (with soap and water) or sanitizing hands before and after the program.
