Information via Western New England University STAMFORD, CT — Elisee Jean, of Stamford, is among close to 750 students named to the Western New England University fall 2020 Dean's List. According to a news release, students must earn a GPA of 3.30 or higher to qualify for the list. Jean is working toward a BSE in Mechanical Engineering. Johnson, the university's president, said in a news release.
