STAMFORD, CT — A city resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Stamford this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Feb. 24, John Frantzis of Stamford won $20,000 playing a 20X Cash 6th Edition game. The winning ticket was purchased from Bull's Head Cigar in Stamford.
