STAMFORD, CT — A Stamford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Feb. 24, Anthony Vaccaro of Stamford won $10,000 playing a 30X Cash 7th Edition game. The winning ticket was purchased from Alltown New Canaan South #825 in New Canaan.
