Play Music by Ear ONLY and rhythms

Looking for people to make music with or start band. I am tired of trying to make music with people who don't truly improv or jam with others on key or on rhythm. I play synth and simple guitar solos and I sing, all improv. I can happily and easily follow others, and harmonize, however I find others don't keep on something consistent or don't have any intention on harmonizing.
