Cut & Clean Landscape Services - is a Goleta and Lompoc based Commercial Landscape maintenance services company looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Laborer - Crew Leader. We specialize in commercial garden maintenance landscape services to corporate offices, commercial properties and HOAs. Full time position: 7:30 am - 4:00pm $15.00 to $18.00 per hour - based on experience. Qualifications and Requirements: - Minimum 5 years’ experience in landscape maintenance. - Good attitude and ability to work on a team. - Maintain physical fitness level necessary to complete assigned job tasks. - Ability to lift 80+ lbs - Valid California driver’s license. - Ability to property mow and edge lawns. - Basic knowledge of pruning for shrubs, bunch grasses, groundcovers, and trees. - Willingness to learn specialized pruning techniques, irrigation work, and all other landscape maintenance duties.
