Condominium Association is searching for a full-time maintenance technician/handyman for a condominium community in Bel Air, MD. Preventative maintenance experienceGood with dry wall repair/installationElectrical/plumbing knowledgePaintingLadder workDecking repairsMinor Roof repairsRepairs may be required indoors or outdoors and when weather elements may be extreme. (hot, cold, wet, icy etc.)Misc. repairs as assigned.Ability to trouble shoot and perform misc. repair and maintenance functions Candidate must have good communication and customer service skills. Candidate must be reliable, with good attendance record Candidate must have a clean driving record. Must adhere to high safety standards and the ability to work without supervision. Normal business hours are 7:30 am - 4 pm with a 1/2 hr lunch break. Mon-Friday. OT may be assigned as need.
