Lake Lindero Country Club, located in Agoura Hills,is seeking a part-time facilities maintenance/utility person to provide general maintenance services on a weekly basis. The schedule is five days a week from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Responsibilities include assisting in a variety of operational activities on a scheduled and as-needed basis. This position will report to the general manager. Job duties will include: • Clean golf course grounds and areas around the clubhouse • Support the grounds crew as needed • Pick up trash and maintain common areas throughout the property • Clean bathrooms and pool area • Clean walkways around Lake Lindero weekly • Skim debris from Lake Lindero monthly and as needed • Clean and wash tennis courts and parking lot • Clean the fountain and add water as needed • Monitor fuel levels in equipment garage • Pick and wash driving range golf balls daily • Police the driving range, collect baskets, service the pads • Perform light plumbing and electrical repairs • Secure property and lock gates at end of shift Skills: • Prior experience at a golf course or similar location preferred • General maintenance and landscaping experience preferred • Positive interpersonal skills • Good oral and written communication skills • Maintain focus and attention to detail • Identify and solve problems without direct supervision Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk, stand, or bend most of the time
