Self Care and Self Love event specifically catered to Masculine-centered women. All COVID 19 Precautions will be taken at this event. Safety precautions include: Limited seating event. Social DistancingTaking temperatures at the door. Masks and Hand Sanitizer are required and will be available for everyone. Hand washing station & air purifiers along with proper air circulation. Gem N Eye Visions Presents:Reign Supreme: The Masc (Mind), The Dom (Body), The God (Spirit)This is a Self Care and Self Love event specifically for Masculine- Centered WomenThis is a safe space for all persons that identify as womxn or female non-gender conforming Often times life gets hectic and be honest, it is easier to take care of others than it is to take care of yourself. Please allow us to get you back in touch with the most important person in your world, You!Saturday, December 5th will be the first installment of our MOC Self Care series. This is a limited seating event that will specifically tackle topics surrounding total health and wellness. Total health meaning mind, body, and spirit. This event will start at 12 noon with an opening relaxation exercise and breathe work and end with a chance to network and meet n greet with the facilitators on an individual level. Free street parking is available as well as a paid parking lot across the street. Healthy hors d'oeuvres will be provided along with a Juicing and Alkaline water station. Gift bags come with ticket purchases with a chance to win a Spa Package from Iwi Fresh Garden Day Spa and Atlanta Hot Shave as well as other prizes. We have four amazing facilitators:Ty T. (IG: @lord_indigosupreme) will be addressing the holistic wellness of the body (The Dom). Providing products, activities, and guidance to live a more natural and healthy lifestyle specifically catered to MOC women and their customized needs.Monica Renae, LAPC (IG: @monicarenaeheals & monicarenaeheals.com) will be addressing the wellness of the mind (The Masc). She is a resident trauma, relationship, and Self Love Expert that offers a wealth of Mental Health knowledge and an eclectic style of therapy that combines traditional modalities with creative techniques based on individual needs.Benae (Benny) I. & Tia Coatley (IG: @tiamariepresents) both will address the wellness of the spirit & soul (The Gods). Benae (Benny) offering a wealth of wisdom and experience living authentically as a MOC person, veteran, mother, professional, and mentor. Tia offers a look into the "I Am". Love, Sex, Relationships, and all those juicy topics and taboos. She gives you the truth straight with no chaser!
