Cooking Course 4 (2 hours)**
These cooking skills courses will teach you the basics of menu planning, creating shopping lists, basic knife skills, utilization techniques such as blanching and shocking vegetables, roasting, sautéing and grilling. We will also focus on simple dressings for salads, and salad components.
**This course is only available to SUU and STECH students. Participants must show current student ID when they attend the first course.
