Handyman available for small jobs (no new construction) with 20+years experience in plumbing/electrical, as well as carpentry, tile repairs, all general household/commercial work. $34/hr cash. Lots of references, I do a lot of “escrow” work for realtors and have a few long term customers. I don’t have a regular job, I just do this to keep me busy, not get rich. References available upon request. Can travel for extra pre-negotiated fee. Have all of my own tools. Can work on electrical up to 3 phase/480/1,000-2,000 amps.
