Support the Friends of the Oelwein Public Library with the Annual Chocolate Fest. Join us for our annual Chocolate Fest this year. This year will be a drive through pick up for your boxes of delicious, homemade chocolates. Pre-order and pre-pay for your boxes. $10 for a box filled with tons of chocolate treats.
